Andrea Berg and Vanessa Mai recorded a song. They will perform the duet on ZDF – presented by Giovanni Zarrella.

Two of the biggest names in German Schlager are working together. At the end of July, the entertainer Giovanni Zarrella (44) will lead through an open-air concert with numerous stars in Aspach as part of Andrea Berg’s (56) 30th stage anniversary. The singer is then on stage with her colleague Vanessa Mai (30).

“Music with friends for friends!”

ZDF will show the whole thing on August 6th from 8:15 p.m. under the title “Giovanni Zarrella presents: 30 years of Andrea Berg”. According to a press release from the broadcaster, the singer is celebrating a TV premiere in May: the two will sing a song in a duet for the first time, which they recorded on the occasion of the anniversary.

“I’m really looking forward to Giovanni and wonderful colleagues who will celebrate together with me and all the fans in the arena,” explains Berg in a statement, among other things. “Together we’re going to reflect on these incredible 30 years on stage and do what I love to do most: music with friends for friends!”

In addition to the moderator and Mai, numerous other celebrities can be seen at the big event – ​​including Maite Kelly (42), Beatrice Egli (34), DJ Ötzi (51), DJ BoBo (54), Kerstin Ott (40) and Nino de Angelo (58). An evening of Berg’s greatest hits is planned, including new versions and duets arranged for the show. There are also reviews of the singer’s career.

Berg and Mai are already releasing their joint song “Unendlich” tonight on July 8th. The music video for the song will premiere on Friday.
