Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin could wear a medical mask when voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Central election Commission Ella Pamfilova.

Some officials, including the Prime Minister, came to vote without a mask, although it was recommended to use PPE.

Pamfilova added that is aware of the mishustina through the roof antibodies. So you could have to wear a mask, reports TASS.

Before that, press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov explained why the head of state, voted without a mask. According to him, Putin fully trust those sanitary measures that have been taken on the site. Not because he ignores the rules of safety.
