From June 15, Sharon Battiste will be looking for the right one as “Bachelorette”. These reality shows are also waiting in the summer.
Fans of dating and reality formats don’t have to worry about a summer slump. These shows return to screens in the summer.
“Princess Charming”
From June 14 on RTL, 28-year-old Hanna is looking for love in the second season of “Princess Charming”. The new episodes will also be broadcast on VOX at a later date. The “Princess” from Hanover will get to know 19 singles in Greece – and maybe even find her dream woman. She describes herself as “humorous, funny and very spirited”.
“Die Bachelorette”
From June 15 (RTL already from June 8), 30-year-old Sharon Battiste can be seen every Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. in the ninth season of the popular RTL show “The Bachelorette”. Fans know Battiste among other things as Bo from “Köln 50667″. The trained office clerk and half-Jamaican has been single for eight years and now wants to find the right one. Her journey takes her to Thailand – a novelty on the show. There are 20 candidates to choose from, including two experienced dating show candidates: Online fitness coach Dennis Felber (23) was already looking for great love on “Love Island” in 2021, Mohamed Aidi (36) was already a candidate on “Are You the One? ” 2020
“The Summer House of the Stars”
Also in the summer of 2022, eight celebrity couples will move into the famous celebrity flat share in Bocholt: In the seventh season “Das Sommerhaus der Stars” fight for the prize money of 50,000 euros and the title “Das Promipaar 2022” among others ex-jungle camp candidate Kader Loth (49) and her husband Ismet Atli (51), ex-soccer professional Mario Basler (53) and Doris Büld (52) and “Bauer sucht Frau” dream couple Patrick Romer (26) and Antonia Hemmer (22).
“Celebrity Big Brother” and more
Fans can also look forward to a tenth anniversary season of “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2022. Last year, Melanie Müller (33) won the celebrity TV container, which, as a spin-off, follows the concept of “Big Brother”: For a specified period of time, several people live in a set up television studio and are constantly being watched by cameras accompanied. The reality dating shows “Are You The One?” and “Bachelor in Paradise” should return, fans of said genres have to do without “Love Island”. After the spring season, the RTLzwei dome show will not have another summer season in 2022. The broadcaster has set the broadcast frequency back to once a year.
Sat.1 still has a wacky show up its sleeve for 2022: As a spokeswoman for the news agency spot on news confirmed in February 2022, Sat.1 will also show “‘The Big Celebrity Penance’ this year, we’ll announce the broadcast date in good time”. The already wacky reality format was announced in June 2021 as a “humourous show with the working title ‘The Big Celebrity Penance'”. Sat.1 has not yet commented on possible candidates. However, the “Bild” reported that reality TV stars such as Elena Miras (30), Calvin Kleinen (30), Matthias Mangiapane (38), Helena Fürst (48), Carina Spack (25), Daniele Negroni (26 ), Daniel Koellerer (38) and Gisele Oppermann (34) should be there.
