Julius Onah is directing the fourth part of Captain America. However, it is not known when this will hit the cinemas.
Julius Onah (39) will direct “Captain America 4”. This reports “The Hollywood Reporter” now exclusively. The Nigerian-American filmmaker is best known for his thriller “The Cloverfield Paradox” (2018), in which Daniel Brühl (44) also has a role.
Warning, spoilers! Starring Anthony Mackie
The film is set after the events of the Disney series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, in which Anthony Mackie (43) takes on the shield and suit of Captain America as Sam Wilson aka Falcon. In the fourth part of the Marvel series, Macke will take on the leading role.
Whether Chris Evans (41) will return as Steve Rogers, the first Captain America, is unclear. A start date for the fourth part is not yet known.
Most recently, the films “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” with Benedict Cumberbatch (45) in the lead role and “Thor: Love and Thunder” with Chris Hemsworth (38) as the thunder god Thor appeared in the Marvel universe.
