Sometimes you have to look for the good in the bad, and that sounds something like this this week: The situation on the stock exchanges seems to be quite stable and the mood among investors is also quite stable. However, and this is the bad news, the situation is stable negative. At least the vast majority of investors are currently convinced that the markets are in a downtrend and that the time to invest is not particularly good — it is rather bad.
