Mr. Stubbs, how did you become interested in the topic of mental health? Very early in my work, I came into contact with people who had mental health problems. I have always understood the organism as a unity of body and mind. I soon noticed that people with mental problems were usually very inactive. And my role in these cases was to help connect movement with good experiences.
