Hit the net: A passenger reports on Twitter how Keanu Reeves willingly answered a boy’s many questions at the airport.

Keanu Reeves (57) is known for his friendly and courteous manner. A series of tweets that TV producer Andrew Kimmel published last Monday evening and have already spread quickly prove that he likes to take time for his followers. He met the Hollywood star during a plane trip and observed an endearing encounter.

“Keanu Reeves was on my flight from London to NYC today,” the TV producer wrote. “A little boy asked for an autograph at baggage claim and then began firing off a series of quick questions. Keanu kindly responded to each one.”

Kimmel posted a photo of the brief fan meet-up, and then recited a series of sample questions and answers from the conversation, including: “Kid: Why were you in London? KR: Making a documentary. Kind: I saw online that you were at the Grand Prix (pronounces the ‘x’) KR: Yes, the Grand Prix (with a French accent without correcting it). F1! Race cars! Child: Do you drive? KR: Not F1, but I like driving Motorcycle.” Reeves also told the curious kid, according to the tweet, that he’s in New York for five days and will be watching a Broadway show.

“We need more Keanus!”

“The man couldn’t have been nicer – and that after an international flight,” the producer enthusiastically summed up in another message. “I thought I had to share this because the guy has class and little moments like this can make such a big difference in people’s lives. We need more Keanus!” In the end, the observer of the scene asked for a selfie with the star – and Reeves complied with this request.

Reeves is always part of internet hype. For example, his brief cameo appearance in the Netflix film Always Be My Maybe became a huge net hit. A speech from 2019 at the E3 computer game fair also went viral. A visitor called out to Reeves at the time: “You’re stunning!” To which Reeves replied, “You’re stunning, you’re all stunning!”
