Head office Zelensky Andrey Ermak said that at the next meeting of the contact group on Donbass Ukraine intends to present a group of candidates from uncontrolled Kiev territories of the DNI and LC. The head of the presidential office added that Kiev does not intend to agree to the Minsk agreement with representatives of the DNI and the LC.
According to Ermak, Kiev will represent Ukrainian citizens — internally displaced persons — of individual regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. They, according to policy, I can imagine these regions. They were to “end the monopoly” on the representation of the DNI and LC from “the unrecognized quasi-state entities,” said Yermak.
Earlier in the Parliament stated that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky will not go in the footsteps of Peter Poroshenko. Bardin also said that Kiev began the movement towards the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements. The most important of them — the provision of access to on-site Red Cross. The MP believes that this organization will help to complete the list of exchange prisoners in the format “all for all”.
Earlier Zelensky and members of the contact group, to include officials of Ukraine, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the temporarily occupied territories Alexey Reznikov. However, the foreign Minister noted that the replacement of representatives of Ukraine failed at the talks in Minsk.
