Malia Obama celebrates her birthday on Independence Day. Her parents congratulate the 24-year-old on Instagram with cute children’s photos.
On July 4th, the Obamas not only celebrate Independence Day, but also the birthday of their eldest daughter, Malia. Michelle Obama (58) published an old child’s photo on Instagram in which she holds her little daughter in her arms.
Compliments to the daughter
“Happy Birthday Malia – Happy 4th of July everyone,” she captioned the memento. “24 years ago this day became very special when your wonderful spirit came into this world. I am so proud of the beautiful, caring and dedicated young woman you have become. I love you so much! Love yours mommy.”
Former US President Barack Obama (60) also shared a baby photo of his daughter with his Instagram followers. “Happy birthday, Malia! No matter what a cultured, accomplished, beautiful and lovely young woman you’ve become – you will always be my baby. And I will always be here to support you.”
Barack and Michelle Obama have been married since 1992. The model couple met at Harvard Law School. Together they have two daughters, Malia and Sasha (21).
