Earlier, the government launched the program of crediting of the enterprises by 2% per annum for the preservation of jobs. The state compensates to banks the rest of the bet. The size of the loan for the company calculate on the basis of one minimum wage for each employee, then the amount multiplied by loan term. The repayment period is April 1, 2021.

From 6 April 2020, small companies could take the credit for the year: in the first six months, the rate is zero, and the next 4%. Then the Russian President announced new measures to support the business. In the end subsidized loans to the salary — at 0% — is available to all companies, micro, small, medium and large.

Unemployment in Russia in April accelerated to 5.8% — the highest level since April of 2016, follows from the data of Rosstat. The number of unemployed in Russia rose by 800 thousand people.
