“I no longer look like a retired rock star”: Thomas Gottschalk has shortened his curls. Now he reveals who he owes the new styling to.
Thomas Gottschalk has his hair short – now he reveals how he got his new style. «I have Karina to thank for the new styling. She says I look younger with it, and everyone agrees with her,” said the 72-year-old of the “Bild” newspaper.
“I don’t look like a retired rock star anymore.” The newspaper published a picture of the couple in a convertible, where Gottschalk’s new hairstyle can be clearly seen.
Gottschalk introduced Karina Mroß as his new girlfriend in May 2019. In March 2019 it became known that the former “Wetten, dass..?” moderator had separated from his wife Thea after almost half a century.
Gottschalk could already be seen with shorter hair in the Jesus musical “The Passion” in April. In “The Passion – Live” several actors and singers re-enacted the Passion of Jesus in a modern version with the help of German pop songs. A large stage had been set up in Essen for this. The former “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” winner Alexander Klaws played Jesus, Gottschalk acted as the narrator.
