Inspector Susanne Landauer (Rosalie Thomass) is called to the country for an operation: A schizophrenic woman who was admitted anonymously years ago has left the clinic of Dr. Chard gone. Susanne can only salvage the dead woman from the nearby river. A DNA comparison revealed that the dead woman was her biological mother. Susanne, who previously thought her mother had died of cancer 30 years ago, then begins to investigate on her own. She seeks out her lonely, cranky father Josef (August Schmölzer), who lives on his farm near the clinic.

Cheered and fought – hardly any politician polarizes as much as Gregor Gysi. He made an extraordinary German political career that began in the GDR and continues to this day. In the “ZDFzeit” documentary, Wolfgang Schäuble reports on what he and Helmut Kohl had secretly told him in 1989. And Berlin’s ex-mayor Klaus Wowereit explains why Gysi really resigned as building senator in 2002.

A few years ago, MI-7 agent Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) badly beat up a mission in Mozambique. The dopey secret service agent is so ashamed of this that he seeks refuge in a Tibetan monastery, where a Buddhist monk makes it his mission to train him in Asian martial arts. But then Johnny is brought back to the British Secret Service in London. Apparently the Chinese prime minister is about to be assassinated. English of all people has to hunt down the masterminds and prevent the attack.
