Actress Rebel Wilson apparently doesn’t mind gaining weight while on vacation. On Instagram she has an important message.

Rebel Wilson (42) recently lost around 35 kilos during her “year of health”. Since then, the actress has lived a healthy lifestyle, does sports regularly and eats according to the so-called Mayr method. That’s why the Australian won’t let herself be taken away from feasting on vacation, as she reveals in a new Instagram post.

“I just realized I’ve gained ten pounds on my vacation. I’m at an amazing all-inclusive resort… and I’ve lost all my self-control,” she captioned a photo of herself in a pink bathing suit and poses in sunglasses by the pool.

She then has an important message ready for her followers. “But you know what? I can get up tomorrow and go to the gym and eat healthy and love myself.” Being hard on yourself doesn’t help. Everyone knows the bad feeling when you have eaten too much.

“Your weight doesn’t define who you are. Just try your best to be healthy and don’t be too hard on yourself. Be the best version of yourself,” she concludes.
