Commission Chairman Vasily Piskarev said that this activity is not spelled out in the criminal code, reports “Interfax”.
“12 years old this may be, it seems, is a very serious punishment, but it is. The Internet is no place for involvement in the Commission of crime, especially drug trafficking,” said Piskarev.
