After talks in “channel format” magazine Spiegel reported citing a working paper of the Russian delegation that Moscow insists on legal definition of status of Donbass. According to the publication, the Russian side in particular calls until July 6 to submit the draft amendments to the Constitution that will ensure in the future the special status regions of Donbass.
