The ruler of the Emirate and President of the United Arab Emirates recently died in Abu Dhabi. The number two in line to the British throne arrived to offer condolences and to greet the new ruler. At home in London, they had recently worried about the health of their grandmother, the Queen. But she showed up on Sunday – with a smile.
