Sadio Mane wants to leave Liverpool FC, Bayern are considered a potential buyer. Have Liverpool already identified a successor?

Liverpool have their sights set on attacking player Arnaut Danjuma from Champions League semi-finalists Villarreal. This was confirmed by the 25-year-old Ziggo Sport.

“I have been informed that Liverpool are closely monitoring my development,” said the Dutchman. “During the season I never have contact with other clubs, I only find out about them after the season.”

In principle, Danjuma does not rule out a departure from Villarreal: “I will not lie. If a club comes that is at an even higher level in terms of sport, I always have to consider a change.”

Will Danjuma replace Mane at Liverpool?

The six-time national player can be used in the center of attack and as a left wing and would therefore be a potential successor to Sadio Mane, who wants to leave the Reds in the summer and is said to be very popular at Bayern Munich.

Last season, Danjuma scored 16 goals in 34 competitive games for Villarreal, six of them in the premier league, and four assists. His contract runs until 2026.
