The visit of Prince Harry (37) and Duchess Meghan (40) to the Queen’s platinum anniversary (96) caused a stir last week and gave some royal fans hope for reconciliation. According to a new report by the British “The Sun”, at least the time the Sussexes spent together with the jubilarian was very limited. The meeting with the Queen lasted just under a quarter of an hour for the two. And that despite the fact that the monarch got to know her great-granddaughter Lilibet (1) for the first time.
It was a “quick in and out” meeting, the site claims to have learned from a palace insider. “It was all very formal.” On June 4th, Lilibet celebrated her first birthday at Frogmore Cottage, her famous parents’ UK estate. A day later, and while the Queen’s 70th jubilee celebrations were in full swing, they traveled back to their adopted home of the United States.
