According to this, the MTV characters will arrive in 2022, after a space mission with NASA in 1998. With the US government and NSA on their trail, the two teenagers have some trouble adjusting to modern life – with their very special sense of humor, of course.
In the ’90s, the comic book characters were true cult characters, aptly described by Variety as “two idlers who have extreme libido and are completely incapable of attracting women.” A special sneak peek clip will air on Sunday at MTV Movie
Revival series is also coming
But the journey isn’t over for the boys with “the dumbest sci-fi movie ever made.” In addition to the film, Paramount will be releasing new Beavis and Butt-Head content later this year.
