Ezra Miller’s legal troubles continue. The parents of an 18-year-old want to obtain a restraining order against him.

Ezra Miller (29) has problems with the law again. The parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes have filed documents in court accusing the actor of manipulating their daughter for years. This emerges from court documents that were filed in North Dakota on Tuesday, according to “TMZ” and are also available to “People” magazine. The parents want to obtain an injunction against the US star.

“Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threats of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to control young Tokata,” the document reads. The parents claim the two met on Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota when their child was just 12 years old. Miller is also said to have taken Tokata to London, Vermont, New York, Los Angeles and Hawaii.

In Hawaii, the actor had two contacts with the police earlier this year. Once for an argument at a bar and again for second-degree assault. According to the “People” report, the whereabouts of the two are currently unknown. A hearing has been set for next month (July 12) to consider the parents’ lawsuit.
