The adventurous and travel-loving US businessman with the programmatic name served Jules Verne as a model for his “Around the World in 80 Days”; he had made it from New York around the world and back once in that span in 1870. Well, the Chancellor does not need two full days for this distance, including the official visit program in Japan. He just proved it a few weeks ago.
