The Kree soldier Vers (Brie Larson) is stranded on Earth and has to fight the alien Skrulls there. After initial difficulties, she teams up with S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and soon discovers that she is actually from the planet she must now save. With old friends and new allies, she embarks on a dangerous mission.

Deadly shots are fired in a bus during a ticket inspection in the middle of the day. The perpetrator is able to flee, but is caught a little later and shot by the SEK. A young man from Munich, not yet 20 years old. The dead man’s backpack contains spare magazines and a radio that points to a possible second perpetrator. But does this second perpetrator even exist? Is an attack imminent? The inspectors Leitmayr (Udo Wachtveitl) and Batic (Miroslav Nemec) investigate.

Aladdin (Mena Massoud) has a dubious reputation as a pickpocket on the streets of Agrabah. When he meets Princess Jasmine (Naomi Scott) during one of his forays, his life changes abruptly. Burning with love, however, he makes a mistake and is arrested – until the shady Grand Vizier Jafar (Marwan Kenzari) appears and offers him the freedom to exchange a magic lamp.

Laura (Wolke Hegenbarth), 35, reveals a closely guarded secret of her deceased mother in Tuscany. For 25 years she had a secret affair in Lucca. Once a year her mother Gloria met Emanuele della Torre (Rolf Sarkis) at the same time in the same place. This outrageous discovery throws Laura into a turmoil of betrayal and deceit that almost robs her of her belief in love.

9:45 p.m., Das Erste, Inspector van der Valk: Hunted in Amsterdam, thriller

Inspector Van der Valk (Marc Warren) and his team take on an unusual murder case that begins with a body being found in a field just outside of Amsterdam. Young lawyer Susie de Windt (Deirdre Duisterhof) has been crucified, her body marked with an X and a mysterious message affixed to the corpse in calligraphy. While Van der Valk thinks a relationship act is possible, his partner Lucienne (Maimie McCoy) follows a different lead.
