the Highest anti-corruption court of Ukraine ordered the National anti-corruption Bureau in the country to open a case against a relative of one of the senior officials of the office of the President. This was reported by the press service of the court on his page on Facebook.
it is Noted that the investigative judge of the Higher anti-corruption court partially granted the complaint of the representative of the people’s Deputy of IX convocation. The court also ordered the National anti-corruption Bureau to begin pre-judicial investigation on the facts of the crime.

In the Higher anti-corruption court noted that the judge gives an estimate set out in the complaint the facts, obliging only to fill in the relevant information in the register and start pre-trial investigation.
