Based on rare archival documents wrote an article for the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war President of Russia Vladimir Putin. It is published in the journal National Interest. In preparing the article, the Russian head of state got acquainted with the unique archival materials, where "everything is laid out by years, months, almost to the day."
