“Gazprom” and “Naftogaz Ukraine” signed an irrevocable agreement on the settlement of disputes. The document provides for the revocation of arbitration and lawsuits against each other, which is not accepted solutions, and to abstain in future from all possible claims under contracts of 19 January 2009.
