The foreign Ministers of Russia and Belarus Sergey Lavrov and Uladzimir Makei signed an agreement on mutual recognition of visas between the two countries. The ceremony took place in Minsk.
Putin about the criticism and compromise.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that long been accustomed to criticism and considers it inevitable. The Russian leader also expressed confidence that the protection of national interests of the country involves finding compromises that are acceptable to partners.
