the Russian Government will receive 4.5 billion rubles for support of manufacturers of agricultural machinery and subsidising of leasing, said Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“the President instructed to provide additional support to the Russian producers of machinery and equipment. Today, the government will allocate for these purposes a total of 4.5 billion rubles,” — said Mishustin (quoted by TASS).
Two billion rubles of this amount is intended to subsidise the discounts for the sale of equipment to farmers. This will help extra to sell on favorable terms “not less than 3600 units of agricultural machinery”. Another 1 billion rubles “for subsidizing preferential leasing of specialized machinery and equipment,” — said Mishustin. About 1.5 billion rubles will help to sell more than 9 thousand units of equipment for processing agricultural raw materials.
to Update the fleet of equipment allows the program “Rosagroleasing” — the preferential rate of 3 percent, zero down payment and even deferred payments for one year. Thanks to additional state aid (4.5 billion rubles) farmers will receive the money and the factories to new orders.
According to the Ministry of industry and trade, the share of domestic agricultural machinery by 2030, the country will be increased to 80 percent.
